Trade name:
BB200

Generic Description:
Bench mounted abrasive belt grinder
Power:
Electric – single phase
Applications:
The BB200 Bench Beltit has many applications in the Turbine, Glassware, China Ceramic and Porcelain industries. Within manufacturing industries the BB200 is used to grind, finish and
deburr metal, wood, composites and plastics.
Method:
Unique belt grinder operating two arms, enabling grinding and polishing at the same work station, at the same time.
An abrasive belt on one arm grinds out imperfections and a felt belt on the other arm polishes to provide an excellent, consistent finish.
Benefits:
Each item of work is handled only once which saves time and effort. Use to overcome all rectification problems occurring throughout production processes, by grinding out and polishing imperfections.
Increase production:
Much faster than using polishing stones/wheels/mops.
Reduce labour costs:
Inexperienced operators can be fully productive in two weeks.
Safety:
RCD circuit breaker.
Low vibration and noise levels:
The low vibration levels (less than 2.5 m/s²) provide for greater operator safety. Greatly reduced workshop noise.
