Applications:
The BB200 Bench Beltit has many applications in the Turbine, Glassware, China Ceramic and Porcelain industries. Within manufacturing industries the BB200 is used to grind, finish and
deburr metal, wood, composites and plastics.

Method:
Unique belt grinder operating two arms, enabling grinding and polishing at the same work station, at the same time.
An abrasive belt on one arm grinds out imperfections and a felt belt on the other arm polishes to provide an excellent, consistent finish.

Each item of work is handled only once which saves time and effort. Use to overcome all rectification problems occurring throughout production processes, by grinding out and polishing imperfections.

Variable speed control (1,000 to 6,500 rpm).

As with all Beltits, the BB200 is exceedingly reliable. Many End users work their machines on a continuous basis, working 3 shifts, 24 hours per day.

China ceramic and porcelain:
Rectify surface imperfections - kiln dirt, decal fault, gold flake removal. Grind underglaze faults prior to glazing. Most on- or in-glaze faults can be totally removed.

Glassware:

Turbine rectification:
A range of arm attachments to enable grinding and polishing of difficult to access areas. “Single sided arm” enables abrasive belts to work right up against an edge.

Safe use of water:

  • Water feed versions provide operator with controlled flow of water to belts to give superb finish.
  • RCD protection allows the use of slurry (compound and water).
  • Water feed option gives extra protection from isolating transformer.
