E240A-VA & E110A-VA
(vacuum assisted - dust collecting)

Versatile tool for applications requiring electric, 1100 watt - 240v/110v motor, standard mechanism, knob handle. Most popular Electric Beltit for operating 25 mm wide belts for pipe polishing.
Operates, 3,6,12,19 mm wide belts + 25 mm wide belts for pipe polishing. (Group C arms)
Beltit Arms For Polishing Pipes

50202POL - operating 25mm wide by 610mm long belts.
50203POL - operating 25mm wide by 760mm long belts.
Arms to be used on any category C Beltits (pneumatic + electric)
Polishing arms enable the abrasive, felt, finishing belt to “wrap around” a pipe/ tube. For very fine finishing work, ensure that the belt, when it runs over the wheel, does not touch the pipe/tube.
Performance figures for the Electric Standard Duty Beltit and its dust collecting (VA) version
| Beltit | RPM no load | Voltage | Power | Belt surface speed, (metres per second) | Sound levels 1.5 metre from Beltit | Hand-arm vibration level in ms2 r.m.s. frequency- weighted vibration in the worst axis |
| E240A | 9,600 | 240 V AC | 1,100 W | 17.9 | 78 Leq Db(A) | Less than 2.5 |
| E240AVA | 50 Hz | |||||
| E110A | 9,600 | 110 V AC | 1,100 W | 17.9 | 78 Leq Db(A) | Less than 2.5 |
| E110AVA | 50 Hz |
Note 1: All performance figures are average readings.
Note 2:
Sound level readings were taken without abrasive belts as the wide range
of abrasive grits and backings have varying effect on the readings.
Note 3: Vibration levels measured under working conditions grinding a block of steel, using an abrasive belt 19 x 533mm Aluminium Oxide, P80 at 90PSI (6.12 bar).
Note 4: Sound and vibration levels certified by the Institute of Sound and Vibration Research at the University of Southamption in the UK.
