Information:
The Beltit rollers are used for strait line finishing and blending. With a ripple free, smooth linear action they are perfect for stainless steel rectification. All models have dust collecting features reducing the hazards of working harmful composites.
Applications:
Grain, satin finish, grind and blend steels, brass, aluminium, GRP, carbon fibre and plastics. Remove mill scale and epoxy coatings. Polish castings and machined faces. Grain and rectify stainless steel (ripple free finish is easily achieved). Remove epoxy paints. Safely grind and finish GRP. Sand panels and patterns. Remove bat wash in the ceramic industry.
Method:
Beltit Rollers operate 50mm x 330mm abrasive, felt and non-woven nylon finishing belts. The belts are operated over a driven wheel. Hard or soft rubber wheels are available.
Universal Roller operates 60 x 260mm abrasive, felt and non-woven nylon finishing belts. A choice of hard, soft rubber, or foam wheels are available.
