The Seco Double Bench Beltit

The Double Bench Beltit (DBB) was launched in 1982. It quickly established itself as the best method of rectifying faults on ceramicware and soon became the chosen method for most ceramic companies in Europe and North America. Now its appeal is spreading throughout Asian ceramic industries.

The DBB is used at different stages of the production line. Wherever there is a fault on ceramic/glassware the Double Bench Beltit can be used to great effect.

In addition to this it is essential that in today's difficult economic climate, that manufacturers reduce their production costs. The DBB's extraordinary reliability and unique design results in it being a remarkably low cost machine to operate. End-users are able to recover very quickly the purchase cost of a new DBB.

Another benefit is the DBB uses exceedingly low amounts of electricity. For example:

DBB operated with no load (not grinding).

• lowest speed @ 1,000rpm - 0.5 AMPS.
• highest speed @ 7,500rpm - 0.8 AMPS.

 DBB operated under load (grinding).

• lowest speed @ 1,000rpm - 0.5 AMPS.
• highest speed @ 7,500rpm - 1.3 AMPS.

The DBB has a three phase motor with an invertor enabling it to be run off a single phase electricity supply. It has a brushless, induction motor.
