Replacement wheel and bearing assemblies for arms

Generic Description:

Information:
Easy to fit, replacement assemblies. Enables the operator to get the best out of their Beltit. All wheels will eventually wear, therefore the availability of easy to fit replacement wheel and bearing assemblies is essential. Seco’s wheels, bearings and shaft / pins are interchangeable with several tools available on the international market, including Dynabrade and ATA tools. Belts

Generic Description:
A selection of belts varying in length, width, grit, and material (Abrasive, felt, nylon finishing, and Scotchbrite).

Applications:
Grinding, finishing, polishing, graining, and regraining.

Information:
There is a huge variety of belts, made to fit the many different Beltit arms. Grinding belts are extremely abrasive, used for heavy stock removal, finishing belts are a lighter grit, with lower abrasion, polishing belts are made of felt and are used to achieve a near mirror finish on a surface. Due to varying lengths and widths all belts have to be used with the corresponding arms. Band-its and Beltit Rollers operate only one standard size of belt, namely 90 x 395mm.

Platen Pads for Beltits and other makes of belt grinders

Platen Pads

Generic Description:
A range of self adhesive platen pads to enable operator to achieve the best work from their Beltit. Seco’s platen pads are interchangeable with several tools available on the international market, including Dynabrade and ATA tools. All of Seco’s spare parts are competitively priced and readily available.

Application:
Use Cork platen pad for grinding (to achieve quickest stock removal).

Use Foam platen pad for finishing and blending (to achieve smooth surface finish).

Use Teflon platen pad for working difficult to access applications (avoids causing excessive wear on Beltit arms.

Bench Mounted Stand

Application:
All “Advanced” and “Heavy Duty” Beltits can be mounted to a stand to leave hands free enabling more control over a procedure.

Information:
Cast Aluminium body with four points on the base for mounting to a bench, giving good stability. Knob allows you to easily set the angle of the machined aluminium bracket, meaning you can keep two hands on the workpiece at all times.
