Launched in 1982, the Double Bench Beltit quickly established itself as the best method of rectifying faults on ceramicware and became the chosen method for most ceramic companies in Europe and North America.
Used at different stages of the production line, the DBB can be used wherever there is a fault on ceramic or glassware. Its extraordinary reliability and unique design make it a remarkably low cost machine to operate, with very low electricity consumption:
- No load: 0.5 AMPS at 1,000rpm, 0.8 AMPS at 7,500rpm
- Under load: 0.5 AMPS at 1,000rpm, 1.3 AMPS at 7,500rpm
Three phase motor with an invertor enabling it to run off a single phase electricity supply. Brushless, induction motor.
Applications:
- Rectifying ceramicware (tableware, bone china, porcelain, hotelware, china) - faults on the biscuit/under the glaze, faults in/on the glaze, black marks, gold and decal problems
- Rectifying glassware - blisters and seam faults, excellent finish on crystal glass
- Rectifying sanitaryware (using the Standard Electric Beltit hand-held tool)

All SECO Engineering products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers repair or replacement of faulty parts at our discretion. It does not cover normal wear items (such as abrasive belts, pads, or contact wheels), damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, or lack of routine maintenance.
