Heavy Duty Hand Held Pneumatic Beveller

The Seco Pneumatic Beveller is a rotary action, precision beveller (bevel mill). It is a unique, heavy duty, hand held model designed and made by Seco in the UK.

The pneumatic motor is very strong and reliable. It should be noted that 80 CFM (2,265 litres per minute) at 80 P.S.I is required to operate the Seco Beveller. Speed governors are fitted to the powerful motor.

The Beveller is ideal for chamfering metal plates, bars, strips, blocks and large tubes. It is not possible to bevel stainless steel.

The Seco Beveller is fast smooth and very economical. It bevels using a rotary action, producing an accurate machine finish, unlike the "nibbling" action employed with most other bevellers. Therefore the Seco Beveller generates a constantly smooth motion with relatively no vibration. The cut can be precisely varied in angle and width.

The rotary action produces low levels of vibration - less than 2.5m/s² r.m.s

Beveller Capability:

Width of cut - from 0mm to 20mm wide.

Adjustable width of cut is dependent on material being cut.

Angle of cut – from 15° to 75°.

Choose position of plates A and B to change the angle of the cut.

To achieve angles between 45° and 75° transfer rollers to alternative guide plate B.

Beveller Model:

PB10	Beveller for working plate greater than 6mm thickness, fitted with 2 helix rollers, 2 cutter holders, shim and 10 cutters.
PB5	Beveller for working plate less than 6mm thickness, fitted with 2 helix rollers, 1 cutter holder, 2 distance pieces and 5 cutters.
PB10P	Beveller for working pipe greater than 6mm thickness, fitted with 2 pipe rollers, 2 cutter holders, shim and 10 cutters.
PB5P	Beveller for working pipe less than 6mm thickness, fitted with 2 pipe rollers, 1 cutter holder, 2 distance pieces and 5 cutters.

All pneumatic Bevellers are supplied fitted with 1 x heavy duty swivel attachment.
